... to the Leaf Trading Post, where you'll find our handmade quality crafts as well as natural and prehistoric raw materials. Our inspiration comes from the natural world, and working with plants, animals and minerals. Whether it's finding resources for your own craft projects, finding something that we've made here, or finding information that helps you learn more, we hope you enjoy visiting the site.


This is our new website, for 2012, so welcome to friends old and new, and I hope that you enjoy the new change. New things will be added as the website settles, and there may be things that need improving - we'll see!

  • Musical Instruments

    We make most of these wind and percussion instruments here in our workshop.

            Our bone flutes are based on museum examples of medieval instruments, and we have a free article about them which gives good background information. Soon there'll be a book avaible about them as well.

            For those of you who make your own drums, we have hoops here, and we also sell rawhide for drums and rattles.
